Responsibilities
⢠Analyze current payroll processes and identify areas for improvement and integration within the Workday ERP system.
⢠Prepare functional, non-functional, and technical specifications for payroll module configuration.
⢠Facilitate workshops to gather payroll requirements and document business processes using BPMN.
⢠Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of payroll system configurations with organizational needs and industry best practices.
⢠Support testing, data migration, and training efforts related to the Workday payroll module implementation.
Qualifications
⢠5-8 years of experience specifically in implementing Workday ERP systems, with a focus on the payroll module.
⢠Proven track record of successfully leading or supporting payroll module implementations in large-scale ERP projects.
⢠Expertise in analyzing, documenting, and optimizing payroll processes using industry-standard methodologies.
⢠Strong understanding of business analysis principles and experience in gathering and documenting requirements.
⢠Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field; certifications in Workday HCM or relevant areas preferred.
