Our Calgary aerospace client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) professional with a strong background in supply chain and procurement to support a business integration. Responsibilities
- Deep knowledge, understanding and experience in organizational change management principles and methodologies.
- Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization; has adept relationship management and credibility building skills.
- Create/execute communication and OCM plans, generating communications, visuals, and executing OCM and communication plans
- Track and communicate change impact status brought to leadership for initiation and advance them through the process.
- Detailed analysis of existing processes/workflows identifying the knowledge gaps, skills, and competencies that need to be developed
- Training â design, deliver and oversee training to support staff in adapting to new systems and/or processes. Create Quick Reference Guide and Training Manual to ensure proper knowledge transfer and operations sustainability
- Collaborate with supply chain/procurement stakeholders, BU teams, and end-users to address training and processes.
- Prepare a comprehensive report summarizing the results of the training, learner performance, and program effectiveness

Qualifications
Must Haves
⢠Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in procurement and supply chain are a plus.
⢠10+ years experience in project procurement or supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
⢠Solid understanding of procurement principles, contract management, and sourcing strategies.
⢠Familiarity with procurement software and tools for streamlining processes is desirable.
⢠Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
⢠Ability to review various contract clauses.
⢠Effective communication and collaboration skills.
⢠Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.

Nice to Haves
- Aviation industry experience, and experience with systems such as Coupa, JDE, eMRO.
