Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful business outcomes.

  • Apply change management methodology and general management skills and knowledge to plan, organize, and execute change management in a variety of project sizes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide business context in the design, development, and implementation of change, ensuring alignment between stakeholders.
  • Develop change management solutions and make recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
  • Develop change strategies that enable leaders to promote the change and execute the change, ensuring stakeholders want to make the change.
  • Build and execute communications plans to drive awareness and understanding, including analyzing audiences, developing key messages, and identifying the right channel, frequency, and sender.
  • Identify resistance to the change and build required plans to overcome objectives through communications and training to implement and sustain the change.
  • Monitor and track adoption of the change, addressing any issues and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements
  • Typically between 5-7 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of business analysis, project delivery practices, and standards across the project lifecycle.
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.

What We Offer

BMO offers a competitive salary range of $68,000.00 - $126,000.00, a salaried pay type, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, tuition reimbursement, accident and life insurance, and retirement savings plans.
