We're on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative and Account Manager, specializing in B2B interactions.

As part of this role, you'll take charge of managing customer accounts, offering top-notch support, and building lasting connections with our valued business clients.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding service to our B2B customers.

Position: Customer Service Representative and Account Manager - B2B
Salary: Competitive salary based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Status: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities
Manage and nurture relationships with B2B clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
⢠Provide support to clients, addressing inquiries, orders, and account management tasks.
⢠Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
⢠Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and resolve any customer issues or concerns.

Qualifications
⢠Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales, preferably in a B2B.
⢠Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English and French.
⢠Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
⢠Familiarity with CRM software, email systems, and other customer support tools.
