What is the Opportunity?
Reporting to the Director, Workforce Analytics & HR Technology, the HR Analyst, Systems will be responsible for providing support for Aecon’s SuccessFactors HRIS program. This role will focus on supporting the HRIS platform and overall HR Technology program.

 

This is a 12 Month Contract Opportunity

 

What You'll Do

  • Recognize business need, engage, and collaborate with the business when new projects or requests are made. 
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to gather information, process definition, communication plans, change management and roll-out plans.
  • Creatively bring ideas to life, design and develop appropriate content for the selected delivery method
  • Advanced research and data analysis skills and a demonstrated ability to draw associated insights and make effective recommendations
  • Gather feedback to ensure the evolution of programs and tools meet evolving business needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues as required

 

What You Bring to The Team

  • 1-5 years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors 
  • SuccessFactors module experience (RCM, RMK, LMS, EC) considered an asset
  • 1+ years of experience coordinating projects and gathering business requirements
  • Technical Configuration Experience 
  • Advanced MS Excel skills required, confident presentation and communication abilities
  • Experience and willingness to work in a large and complex environment where responsibilities and priorities may shift according to business needs
  • Highly resilient, comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can calmly navigate change
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and storytelling skills with the ability to not only manipulate and summarize data, but also derive meaningful interpretations from data and ability to articulate in a simple and impactful way to a non-technical audience
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion – and handle sensitive information
