Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for an Operations Officer for a 6 month contract in Saint John. This is a Hybrid role, onsite twice a week. There is a high possibility of contract extension and conversion to full time opportunity.
Pay rate: $19.00 / Hour
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 9-5pm

Responsibilities
As an Operations Officer, your duties will include but not limited to:
âExecuting transactions accurately
âReferring or escalating processing or operational issues as needed based on a solid understanding of the issue
âIdentifying opportunities to improve service delivery
âSupporting partners with incoming transactions
âInteracting with partners by responding to requests in an effective and timely manner
âPrioritizing and manage own workload to meet Service Level Agreement
âUnderstanding internal and industry regulations and trends
âExercising discretion in managing correspondence
âSupporting the timely and accurate completion of business processes
âReviewing internal processes/activities and provide ideas for process improvement
âInvestigating and escalate non-standard or high-risk activities as appropriate
âAdhering to enterprise frameworks and methodologies
âComplying with Bank Code of Conduct
âParticipating fully as a member of the team
âActively building operations/business services knowledge
âParticipating in personal performance management and development activities
âKeeping others informed and up to date about the status/progress of projects
âContributing to a fair, positive and equitable environment that supports a diverse workforce
âActing as a brand ambassador for the Shared Services department and the bank
âWorking within generally defined guidelines
âIdentifying issues and resolving or escalating internally as required
âInteracting with internal partners and external customers

Qualifications
âBilingual/French Speaker required.
âOperations experience
âAdmin experience
âClient facing experience.
âMS Office Suite
