ABOUT THE ROLE:
Are you passionate about mentoring and fostering a team of Sales and Education Managers (SEMs)? As the Senior Manager, Sephora Collection you are responsible for the strategic oversight and business analysis of market trends to drive sales, new client acquisition and more. Become a Sephora Collection brand expert pertaining to brand essence, product knowledge, inventory, and brand merchandising In your role, you will focus on collaborating with our business leaders and North American Sephora Collection team to drive our sales and implement our strategies. Join our team and dive deep into our business strategies to achieve sales targets for Sephora Canada
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- As a people leader, mentor and develop a team of SEMs to implement business/sales strategies within their individual markets and approve in-store strategies/business plans
- Plan and implement brand strategies through education, events, and brand activations across Canada while developing customized, market specific plans
- Generate and analyze sales reports using company tools/platforms to implement strategies while reporting on sales, expenses, and other requests while analyzing results for all events conducted within Canada
- Supervise and handle T&E, training payroll, and education/event budgets to ensure monthly compliance of budget targets
- Conduct quarterly development reviews and create actionable plans for continued growth for each direct report
- Actively participate in various FSC meetings, contributing to Sephora Collection brand initiatives while planning, hosting, and facilitating regional conferences
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
- 5+ years of current sales and education leadership experience in a retail environment
- You love solving problems and using your analytical skills to find creative solutions while being resourceful and taking initiative to support the overall field team
- Great at expressing yourself clearly and creatively, with expertise in Zoom, video conferencing, and social media skills for presentation and training purposes
- You excel in a fast paced environment and enjoy working collaboratively with cross-functional teams while balancing multiple priorities efficiently
- You are tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office and Apple technology
- You're game for travel - up to 75% travel required to stores, North America, and internationally; must possess a valid driver's license
- You are flexible to work evenings/weekends for education, training, events, sales support, and brand activations; if able - you can stand, walk, and move around 4-6 hours daily and lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
