**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As the Project Manager for Sephora Media Collective, you will spearhead the comprehensive execution of marketing programs, coordinating every aspect from strategic inception to creative realization and deployment. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success and impact of our initiatives

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Initiates job creation and builds comprehensive job folders, continuously updating as projects evolve and maintaining a comprehensive archive of job information.
- Develops meeting agendas for planning, kick-off, pre-production, and review sessions to ensure clear communication and alignment.
- Ensures timely delivery of brand assets, closely monitoring progress against program schedules.
- Coordinates the routing of creative materials to marketing partners, ensuring feedback is concise, actionable, and received promptly.
- Drives end-to-end omni-channel marketing programs, with a predominant focus on digital and media channels, while integrating traditional touchpoints effectively.
- Builds and communicates comprehensive schedules, setting interim milestone meetings and incorporating both traditional and digital media touchpoints throughout the process.
- Partners upstream during strategic development with Marketing counterparts, ensuring cross-functional goals and timelines are met for brief development and project kickoffs.
- Lead lateral collaboration with creative and agency partners to ensure timely execution of all assets, including translation derivatives and versions.
- Proactively identifies program risks and implements mitigation strategies.
- Advocates for process improvement, identifying gaps and opportunities to enhance efficiency.
- Demonstrates ownership and investment in the work, maintaining a clear understanding of business goals and objectives.

**WHAT YOU'LL BRING**
- A proven track record of 4-6 years in project management, account, or program management within the marketing domain, demonstrating expertise and success in driving projects to fruition.
- Outstanding agility, flexibility, and skill in handling ambiguity within a multifaceted and evolving team environment.
- Showcase resilience and adaptability in navigating complex challenges.
- Outstanding relationship-building skills, encouraging robust partnerships across functions to unite individuals towards common objectives and consensus, driving collective success.
- Demonstrated excellence in organization, characterized by meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong time-management abilities, equipped to troubleshoot issues, handle multiple programs simultaneously, and adeptly prioritize tasks to ensure efficient project execution.
- Proficient in a wide range of technical tools, including MS Office suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), as well as platforms like Smartsheets, Box, Monday, and Ziflow.
