This is a senior role in which your highly-developed experience with financial analysis, credit, and client acquisition takes center stage. Your finely honed solution-development skills, combined with your innate salesmanship talent, portfolio management expertise, and knack for client service, sets the stage for success.\r

\t*The successful candidate must have an agricultural background or education or experience in Ag Lending\r
\r

\tWhat will you do?\r
\r
\t\r
\t\tApply your past sales experience for prospecting, and lead generation, to new and existing clients\r
\t\r
\t\tDemonstrate portfolio management and risk mitigation through the review of financial statements identifying trends, monitoring risk, and assessing for credit restructuring\r
\t\r
\t\tProvide an exceptional client experience by delivering superior business and financial advice\r
\t\r
\t\tLeverage the expertise of RBC by identifying referral opportunities, making introductions together with appropriate referrals to RBC partners\r
\t\r
\t\tCollaborate and coordinate with the various teams to develop and execute a client contact strategy\r
\t\r
\t\tChampion digital enablement by becoming an advocate of the RBC mobile application and wallet, promoting regular usage through educating and guiding clients on how to use it\r
\r
\r
\t \r
\r
\tWhat do you need to succeed?\r
\r
\tMust-have\r
\r
\t\r
\t\tAgricultural Background or education or experience in Ag Lending\r
\t\r
\t\tProven track record in sales and business development and exceptional client relationship management\r
\t\r
\t\tCredit skills including assessment of risk and financial analysis, credit structuring/solutions and presenting the deal\r
\t\r
\t\tExperience with emerging communications and technology (i.e., web based meetings, social media, Digital Banking and Mobile Applications )\r
\r
\r
\tNice-to-have\r
\r
\t\r
\t\tStrong communication and presentation skills\r
\t\r
\t\tDeep products and services knowledge dependent on industry specialization\r
\t\r
\t\tNew client acquisition skills (i.e., pitching the value proposition, lead generation, initial customer contact and cold calling, asking for referrals)\r
\t\r
\t\tUniversity degree, ideally in commerce, business administration, or related experience\r
\r
