As a Senior Commercial Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

Assisting Relationship Managers, Commercial Services by directly engaging with Members to grow the commercial book's size and profitability while managing loan risks effectively and increasing product penetration.

The successful candidate will have experience in analyzing lending proposals for various commercial sectors, adding value to our expanding business segment.

This role is to cover a maternity leave for 15 months.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Relationship Managers by analyzing financial and account data and providing credit-related recommendations.
  • Independently prepare lending proposals based on discussions with Managers and Members.
  • Proactively manage account issues and recommend suitable products and services to meet Members' needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to fulfill Member requirements.
  • Set personal goals to support business objectives and actively contribute to the community.
  • Monitor and enhance Member relationships to ensure business retention and growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for portfolio development.

  • Proficiency in banking systems and account operations.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
