This is a permanent part-time position, totaling 31 hours per week. The ideal candidate must be perfectly bilingual in French and English, written and spoken, and have a solid command of IT tools, in particular the Microsoft Office suite. Skills in writing letters and preparing collective agreements would also be appreciated assets.

- Salary between $50,000 and $55,000
- Schedule of 31 hours per week: Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Responsibilities
- Manage the members database.
- Provide operational support to existing staff in office administrative tasks.
- Provide support to the registry service by participating in the preparation, analysis and drafting of documents.

Qualifications
- French-English bilingualism, written and spoken.
- Excellent writing skills.
- Relevant experience of 5 years in a similar field.
- Mastery of the Office 365 suite.
- Ability to work in a team.
