Sales Coordinator – Parking LogixLogix ITS is an innovative technology conglomerate dedicated to addressing everyday safety and parking challenges. With a global presence, our offices are strategically located in the US, Canada, Mexico, and India.The Sales Coordinator is responsible for supporting our Territory Sales Managers and Sales Engineering Team with administrative tasks related to closing sales. This person can build relationships easily, effectively communicate at all levels of the organization, and has excellent organizational skills.Key Responsibilities:Organize and maintain the company drive with all documents required to close a sale.Take ownership of creating winning sales proposal templates and presentationsAssist in the preparation of accurate and complete sales quotes per the specs given by Territory Managers and in accordance with company standards and pricing.Collaborate with the sales and sales engineering team to complete proposals and bid packages.Track the status of all requests from the sales team to ensure that all internal and external deadlines are met. This includes interfacing with the Finance, Marketing, Order Processing, and Tech teams to make sure all information requested is received on time.Ensures all quote requests, information, and interactions are accurately recorded in the CRM.Collaborate and effectively work cross functionally with Customer Service, Production, and Technical Support to answer questions about shipping timeframes or technical issues.Interface with the order processing and production team to make sure that all client deliverables are met on time.Create PowerPoint presentations for both internal and external meetings.Support the President of Parking Logix with internal meetings and event planning.Qualifications:1+ years in administration, sales, or marketingImpeccable attention to detail and timelinesExperience working with all levels of management and resourcesResourceful, able to balance multiple priorities with a sense of urgencyExceptional written and verbal communication skillsExperience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic, high growth environmentExceptional customer service skills and the ability to build effective working relations with clients and colleagues.Intelligence with a high level of integrityAdvanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and WordExperience with Dynamics or other CRMLogix ITS is an equal opportunity employer, committed to fostering a dynamic and inclusive work environment for all employees.Coordonnateur des Ventes – Logix ITSLogix ITS est un conglomérat technologique innovant spécialisé à relever les défis quotidiens de la sécurité et du stationnement. Cette personne est capable de nouer des relations facilement, de communiquer efficacement à tous les niveaux de l'organisation, et possède d'excellentes compétences organisationnelles.Responsabilités Principales:Organiser et maintenir le dossier de l'entreprise avec tous les documents nécessaires pour conclure une vente.Prendre en charge la création de modèles de propositions de vente gagnantes et de présentations.Assister dans la préparation de devis de vente précis et complets selon les spécifications données par les Directeurs Territoriaux et conformément aux normes et tarifs de l'entreprise.Collaborer avec l'équipe de vente et l'équipe d'ingénierie des ventes pour compléter les propositions et les dossiers d'appel d'offres.Suivre l'état de toutes les demandes de l'équipe de vente pour s'assurer que tous les délais internes et externes sont respectés.
