We are a well-established, growing public accounting firm, that works with small to medium size businesses. We specialize in tax analysis, tax preparation and financial services. The firm is seeking a professional, self motivated Administrative Assistant.
Answer and screen incoming phone calls and emails , directing them to the appropriate team member
Provide confidential administrative support to the partners including managing schedules/meetings and email management
Ability to create marketing content and post to social medias
Assist with printing personal and corporate year ends
General and administrative duties as required such as taking payments, scanning/filing, arranging pick ups and drop offs, any additional tasks as directed by office manager

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant with minimum one year of experience. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with the ability to learn new software
