Our client is a well known and reputable Calgary litigation boutique firm located in downtown Calgary. They are looking for a legal assistant with personal injury litigation experience to join their team. This role will support a busy litigation defence practice. The ideal candidate will have experience as personal injury legal assistant, be extremely detail oriented, self-motivated and possess a strong work ethic.
Manage all aspects of busy legal practice including client relationship management, file organization and management, scheduling of questioning, meditations, and meetings, diarization and various administrative tasks as required;
Draft correspondence to clients, legal counsel and the Courts;
A minimum of five years experience in the area of personal injury litigation;
Strong computer knowledge, especially MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe Pro; Experience with NetDocuments and Soluno is not required but considered an asset.
