**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general office duties and provide administrative, IT, and HR support
- Assisting with drafting pleadings and correspondence
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Filing documents with the Alberta courts and tribunals
- Managing client files
- Coordinating with clients, counsel, and court staff

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years of experience as a litigation assistant or similar role
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Clio
- Knowledge of Alberta court filing procedures
- Willingness to learn and work with new technologies
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$65,000.00 per year

- Calgary, AB T3E 6L1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
