Park Paving Ltd. is currently hiring for the position of a Seasonal Billing Administrator to work out of our head office located at 1453-91 St SW.
We have been locally owned and operated for almost 50 years as one of the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton, and we are looking for someone to help with billing and inventory reporting.
Complete and accurate daily processing of internal and external billings for some of our material supply divisions (asphalt plant, cement, and RCI sites).
Process hired truck tickets for asphalt sales.
Provide inventory support – reconcile inventory usage to sales, code invoices for outside purchases, post inventory transfers between sites
Assist the accounting department with other admin duties (accounts payable, timesheet entry, material costing) and vacation relief.

Minimum grade 12 education, preference given to someone with some accounting courses or prior experience with billing and/or inventory control
A strong operating knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Explorer eclipse experience as asset.
A positive, team-oriented outlook towards their colleagues both within and outside of the Accounting Department
Able to work 8 hours/day, M-F, willing to work some overtime if required, and can commit to staying until end of season – approx. Available for returning seasonal employees:
