The primary objective of the Controller is to maintain financial control, oversee accounting operations, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
Performance Analysis:
Conduct regular analysis of financial performance against projections.
Prepare and execute corrective or proactive actions based on performance evaluations.
Coordinate with the CEO and other stakeholders on budgeting, financial forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
Collaborate with the finance team and other departments to ensure efficient project execution.
Regular Zoom meetings with team members to discuss past performance and future plans.
Ensure listings are optimized in both front-end and back-end to maximize visibility and sales.

Ensure clear communication with the Project Manager and Leadership.
Minimum of 5 years experience in financial management or a related field.
5 years of experience in financial analysis and management.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software.
Familiarity with project management tools like Asana.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
