Financial Analysis:
Create financial models and perform complex analyses to uncover insights.
Support decision-making with various reports, including firm performance, profitability, and cost efficiency reviews.
Evaluate and improve internal controls, policies, and procedures.
Research and recommend solutions for accounting, tax, and compliance issues.
Develop and monitor key performance indicators for accounting functions.
Oversee Accounts Receivable & Collections, Accounts Payable, and general accounting functions.
Maintain and update accounting policies and procedures.
Contribute to strategic and operating plans, risk mitigation, and overall firm oversight.
Advanced skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience with Elite 3E or similar ERP software and SQL.
Experience in a professional services environment is a strong asset.
Ability to convey complex financial analysis clearly.
