The Inventory Control Supervisor (TMS) is responsible for organizing and facilitating various inventory management and control activities to support The Mobile Shop (TMS). Prepares reports to detail inventory related adjustments for the retail organization.

Produce weekly reports to aid the Purchasing team in monitoring outstanding purchase orders
Plan, schedule, and communicate the yearly cycle count schedule for the retail and warehouse locations
Audit and update monthly cycle counts conducted by retail and warehouse locations
Promote proper execution of Inventory Count processes through various communication methods and reports
Investigate Inventory discrepancies and ensure reported variances are accurate
Investigate general inventory shrinkages and recommend action to limit profit loss
Document and publish Inventory Control processes for the field and head office
General support to Purchasers and Reverse Logistics departments

Post secondary training in Business and/or supply chain management
~5 years direct supply chain experience and/or retail management
~ Lead and participate in the development of inventory processes & procedures
~ Strong fundamental knowledge of Supply Chain, Planning, Inventory Control, and purchasing in a head office environment
~ Proficient in MS Office applications, including but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
~ Exposure to POS applications (RQ, SAP, etc.)
~ English/French language preferred
