- Coordinate administrative services effectively
- Collect and document administrative and service fees
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets
- Conduct relevant research
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations
- Ensure compliance with corporate governance and regulatory standards
- Administer and manage budgets for various projects and contracts
- Prepare comprehensive reports for management committees
- Organize and maintain accurate inventory records
- Supervise office staff and volunteers
Responsible for overseeing a team of 5-10 individuals.
Technical Skills- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of information technology and databases
- Experience with MS Access, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Windows
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Proficient in electronic mail communication
- Valid driver's license required
- Willingness to travel as needed
- Travel expenses and parking will be covered by the employer
