We are currently looking for an HR Data Analyst to join our small but mighty team reporting to theManager, HR Reporting and Analytics, the successful candidate will work collaboratively leading optimization activities through data and reporting.
This position will be located at our Head Office in Markham, Ontario and will have flexibility for both remote and in-office work based on our hybrid work model.
Work with developers and stakeholders to create data schemas, data feed requirements and work with our broader data organization
Support Operations through creating dynamic Workday reports
Support the HR team initiatives with financial modelling and KPI tracking
Support the Payroll team with Federal and Provincial programs for health care workers
Liaise between the Human Resources functional user groups and other stakeholders to help define, analyze, and validate functional business requirements, and be able to translate those requirements into effective technical solutions
Ensure business requirements are clearly defined, documented, communicated, implemented, and tested for all assigned projects
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Computer Science or similar
~1-3 years of data management and analysis experience in growth environment
~ Knowledge with SQL Server building complex queries and MS Excel
~ Background with Workday and BI tools is an asset
