JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Sales Team in the role of a Business Development Representative, reporting to our Director of Sales, and acting as an initial member of our revenue team. This is a position that presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our rapidly growing company. As a BDR at Kitchen Hub, you'll have a direct impact on the growth of the company by seeking new business opportunities, building pipelines and developing relationships to provide value to customers.
You’ll convert quality sales leads into deals and opportunities within existing markets. You will work closely with our Sales team, Site Development and Marketing Teams and have the opportunity for ownership and creative input to determine how best to achieve your goals and targets.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for business development, including: prospecting, building, and maintaining impactful relationships with potential customers
Responsible for lead generation, including: researching and approaching new clients through various channels (Email, Phone, LinkedIn and Social Outreach)
Convert outbound & inbound leads into qualified sales deals
Conduct discovery calls to develop a strong foundation with prospective customers
Qualify leads from various sources including website, marketing campaigns and other team initiatives
Engage team members across sales, marketing, site development and finance to draw from their expertise
Book tours and meetings with new and existing customers
Support the nurturing of long-term deals and relationships in the sales pipeline
Support marketing initiatives to help grow inbound opportunities and increase company profile and brand awareness
Establish solid relationships and trust with new leads and existing customers
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Qualifications :
Post secondary education and/or relevant work experience
Minimum 1 year of previous BDR or Sales Development Representative (SDR) work experience, preferably at a start-up or high-growth company
Intermediate Google Suite proficiency
Superior organizational and relationship building skills
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proven success record of achieving revenue and sales team objectives
Excellent verbal and written communication
Nice to Have:
Intermediate Hubspot/CRM proficiency
Intermediate Excel proficiency
Experience working with/selling to the restaurant industry
Knowledge of corporate real estate
Adaptability: Thrives in an environment with ambiguity, rapidly changing priorities, and complex challenges, demonstrating a proactive "go-getter" attitude.
