Our client a global OEM is hiring for a Bilingual Regional Marketing Specialist. The position will include supporting members of the dealer network to design, build and deliver effective, locally focused communications and marketing materials aligned with national marketing communication programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Retail Marketing Manager to localize national marketing activity.
  • Work with agency partners, regional sales managers and dealers across Canada to develop and deliver localized marketing plans and advertising.
  • Provide training and support to dealership staff on marketing initiatives.
  • Communicate with dealers regularly and effectively about updated marketing materials.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with dealer partners to deliver timely and relevant advice and materials.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure ads align with current programs and seasonality.
  • Work with agency partners and vendors to fulfill campaign assets.
  • Support the update of campaign materials to new monthly offers.
  • Support the update of legal and compliance information in offers.
  • Ensure seasonality and editorial relevance of printed communications.
  • Liaise with the product team, as needed, to ensure accuracy.
  • Help introduce new dealers to available marketing assets.
  • Review results of marketing campaigns in various markets.
  • Utilize monitoring tools to gain insights and identify opportunities.
  • Facilitate training overview of assets and location.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Three to five years’ of proven experience in marketing.
  • Excellent communication, writing presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bilingualism (fluent French and English)
  • Exceptional public presentation skills
  • Flexible as to varying priorities and workload
  • Ability to travel (up to 10%) to engage with dealers, customers and attend events
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics for performance tracking
  • Ability to collaborate and work well within a team
  • Able to work independently without supervision
  • Confident and organized individual
  • Proficiency with Excel and reporting tools
