Nice to Have Skills & Experience - Experience in a fast-growing software company- Knowledge of the advertising industry- Marketing Experience Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Bilingual Customer Success Specialist who will be a crucial member of our clients customer support team, assisting clients across North America. The primary responsibility of this role is to foster strong relationships with customers, ensuring their questions and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. The specialist will work alongside the North American teams to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to team-driven projects. The role will be vital in upholding excellent customer service as expansions continue.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as short-term and long-term disability, life insurance and AD&D. Employees will also have access to a registered retirement savings account with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
