Description: You are an experienced writer and editor with a degree in English or another relevant field. You will be researching and using your writing skills to produce educational content for high school and higher education programs. If you possess a sincere desire to learn about digital marketing and publishing, you may find this to be a great fit.
assist in the creation, editing, and maintenance of textbooks, PowerPoints, supplemental material, and teacher training resources.
write blog posts and social media content as needed.
monitor project progress and set deadlines.
participate in strategy meetings with the senior editor and management team.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, communications, journalism, or a related discipline
Professional writing and editing experience, ideally in the education industry
Online literacy experience
Exceptional command of the English language both verbal and written
Proficient at using Microsoft Office and Adobe InDesign; Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator would also be beneficial.
Technological proficiency and strong working knowledge of the internet, mobile technologies, computer applications and business systems
