We are looking for a qualified and experienced professional to join our growing company in the new role of Content Writer. We are looking for an enthusiastic Content Writer who will lead a process for identifying and initiating content development, content updates, and maintenance of a brand-consistent web presence. The Content Writer will be able to identify and develop web, digital, social media and other communications content that supports emerging communications and marketing needs.
Dieselmatic is a productized digital marketing agency for heavy-duty truck repair shops. We're filling the gap in a growing $12.1b industry that lacks modern solutions for marketing repair services. We are a growing team with ambitious expansion goals for 2022.

Who You AreAs a Content Writer, you will continue to build Dieselmatic’s culture and brand by creating unique meaningful website, blog and social content. You demonstrate creativity and documented immersion in digital/social media and have in-depth knowledge and understanding of digital and social media platforms and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios.
You are able to monitor trends in social media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy to support the creation of content that achieves Dieselmatic’s and our Partners’ business goals.
Primary Objectives- Write, edit, schedule and publish content for Dieselmatic’s website, blogs, social media etc.
- Write, edit, schedule and publish content for Dieselmatic’s Partner’s websites, DieselDocs (blogs) and social media
- Create and publish unique and engaging content
- Assure all-around consistency for textual styles, pictures, fonts and tones in the content
- Write content that is industry relevant, clear, easy to read and engaging
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics
- Adhere to the brand’s style guide and content requirements
- Create content that leads to increased sales and online traffic
- Optimize content according to SEO requirements
- Create social content for the social calendar across all existing platforms (Facebook, Instagram)
- Monitor all existing social media platforms to properly communicate with any messages, reviews etc.
- Follow an editorial calendar (Publer) to ensure timely delivery of social media materials
- Work together with different departments to create innovative content ideas
- Ensure compliance with the law (ex. Copyright and data protection)
- Safety and Respect of the workforce.
- Good interpersonal skills and exceptional time management will be keys to success
- Contribution to an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Familiarize yourself with our current Partners, Target Market, Proven Process and Service Offerings
- Educate yourself on our CRM and communication management tools and SOPs
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics
- Write unique and company specific content for Dieselmatic Partners' websites
- Optimize current content according to SEO requirements
- Plan and Schedule blog content for upcoming quarter
- Plan and Schedule social media content for upcoming quarter
- Develop and maintain content calendar for Dieselmatic and Dieselmatic Partners
- Create content that leads to increased sales and online traffic

Experience- 2+ years of experience in a content writer or similar role, preferably for a digital marketing agency
