Overview We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will support our team tasks, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and creative environment where your contributions will make a meaningful impact. This is a full time in office position. Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support including scheduling couriers, managing calendars, deliveries etc. Handle correspondence with vendors via phone, email, and other communication platforms. Assist in maintaining project files and documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. Organize and manage office supplies, resources, and sample materials. Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and support procurement process. Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient running of the office. Provide seamless administrative support to ensure a smooth client experience Support the smooth and efficient daily operations of a fast-paced office environment Qualifications: 2+ years of administrative experience Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with accounting software or project management tools is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A positive attitude and a passion for working in a creative, team-oriented environment. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year Language: English (required) Location: Toronto, ON M6R 2J5 (preferred) Work Location: In person
