Our partnered client, a well known distributor within manufacturing is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. This is a permanent hybrid opportunity which would manage the strategic development of 60 key accounts. The successful candidate will hold a hunter mentality with strong client development and relationship building skills. You will hold the ability to manage customer growth through a collaborative consultative approach to growing establish business revenue.
Develop strategies to prospecting initiatives to drive revenue and growth within key accounts
Maintain growth of existing accounts and develop new business
Managing portfolio pipeline to meet KPI growth requirements for the role
Further promote sustainability initiatives with customers to add value to products and services provided
Assure pipeline growth from new accounts through referrals and business leads
Work to expand business by broadening base of services purchased
Negotiate price and service packages
Monitor accounts and resolve problems relating to service processes or systems
5 years Sales experience within distribution or manufacturing industry
~ Bilingual French/English is an added bonus but not required
~ Proven results in growth of established accounts
~ Holds a hunter mentality with the ability to grow revenue from key accounts
~ Offering strategic approach to client management and business development
~ Proficient computer use; Word, Excel and PowerPoint
~ The expectation will be two days per week within the head office
