Our partnered client, a well known distributor within manufacturing is seeking an Account Executive to join their team. This is a permanent hybrid opportunity which would manage the strategic development of 60 key accounts. The successful candidate will hold a hunter mentality with strong client development and relationship building skills. This role will be working with decision makers at C-level influence on their business decisions. You will hold the ability to manage customer growth through a collaborative consultative approach to growing establish business revenue. Responsibilities Develop strategies to prospecting initiatives to drive revenue and growth within key accountsMaintain growth of existing accounts and develop new businessDeveloping innovative ideas & solutions to influence customer decisionDevelop relationships with key contacts to better understand customer needs Identifying opportunity to drive business growth through customer feedbackManaging portfolio pipeline to meet KPI growth requirements for the roleUnderstanding of customer needs and peak seasons within their manufacturing businessAct as subject matter expert for customers Further promote sustainability initiatives with customers to add value to products and services providedAssure pipeline growth from new accounts through referrals and business leadsWork to expand business by broadening base of services purchasedNegotiate price and service packagesMaintain accurate customer informationReport results on a daily, monthly and quarterly basisMonitor accounts and resolve problems relating to service processes or systemsAnalyze the profitability of existing and potential business opportunities Skills and Qualifications:5 years Sales experience within distribution or manufacturing industryPrior experience working with C-level suite contacts to grow businessBilingual French/English is an added bonus but not requiredProven results in growth of established accountsComfortable working within a revenue driven role through client relationshipsHolds a hunter mentality with the ability to grow revenue from key accountsOffering strategic approach to client management and business developmentExcellent presentation and communication skillsProficient computer use; Word, Excel and PowerPointThis is a hybrid role based out of Mississauga ON. The expectation will be two days per week within the head office
