Nous recherchons un(e) adjoint(e) de direction accompli(e) chargé(e) de soutenir le responsable mondial assistant des services aux fonds de Montréal, le responsable mondial des services aux fonds et le responsable régional des Amériques.

En tant que membre de notre équipe de Montréal, vous devrez :

  • L’adjoint(e) de direction est chargé(e) de traiter les questions logistiques et administratives pour nos cadres supérieurs, et les représente dans les communications avec les parties internes et externes, si nécessaire.
  • Ces questions sont souvent très sensibles et confidentielles : un degré élevé de professionnalisme, une attention aux détails, un jugement commercial mûr et une discrétion professionnelle extrême sont extrêmement importants.
  • Ce poste est très visible au sein et en dehors de notre bureau, et l’adjoint(e) de direction doit promouvoir la culture de l’entreprise et se comporter d’une manière qui soit cohérente avec les valeurs de notre entreprise et de ses dirigeants.
  • Assister aux réunions et aux appels internationaux et en rédiger les comptes rendus.
  • Rédiger des communications écrites ou des présentations à l'échelle du bureau ou de l'entreprise pour le compte des cadres.
  • Planifier et programmer les réunions, et gérer les calendriers des cadres.
  • Actualiser des feuilles de calcul et des bases de données complexes.
  • Préparer des rapports périodiques et ponctuels en collaboration avec d'autres fonctions de l'entreprise (par exemple, finances, ressources humaines, marketing).
  • Communiquer avec les autres responsables d'unités commerciales au nom des cadres.
  • Gérer les contrats, les dépenses et autres approbations au nom des cadres conformément aux politiques et procédures.
  • Préparer des espaces de réunion virtuels et physiques pour les réunions internes et externes importantes.
  • Planifier et soutenir les déplacements des cadres.
  • Assister les équipes de développement des affaires si nécessaire.
  • Aider à la formation et à l'intégration de certains nouveaux employés de haut niveau.
  • Coordonner des projets et des événements particuliers (par exemple, planifier des événements sociaux importants, soutenir des séances animées, organiser des activités pour les clients).
  • L’adjoint(e) de direction doit être très organisé(e), disponible et capable de répondre rapidement à des situations et des besoins critiques, qui peuvent se présenter en dehors des heures de bureau habituelles.
  • Il s'agit d'un poste exigeant qui nécessite l'exécution constante d'un volume de travail élevé avec précision et rapidité.
  • La capacité à résister à la pression de situations intenses et d’un environnement dynamique est essentielle.

En plus d’une autonomie et de normes en matière d’éthique incontestablement élevées, le candidat idéal possédera les caractéristiques suivantes :

  • Diplômé(e) universitaire ayant une excellente formation universitaire et disposant d’environ cinq (5) ans d'expérience pertinente en tant qu'adjoint(e) de direction ou en administration.
  • Ce poste offrira au candidat retenu une formidable occasion de se familiariser avec les rouages les plus complexes d'une entreprise mondiale de services financiers au plus haut niveau.
