We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Ophthalmic Office Manager / Clinic Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various administrative tasks within an ophthalmic practice.
Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and optimal clinic operation
Handle insurance claims and billing processes
Oversee inventory management for supplies and equipment
Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising administrative staff
Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Implement and enforce office policies and procedures
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred
~3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a medical setting
~ Proficiency in medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems
~ Knowledge of ophthalmic terminology and procedures (ophthalmology experience considered an asset)
