This client is one of Australia's leading manufacturers and providers of products and services in the carpet industry. They have been in this field for over 50 years and are continuously growing. Location / Shift Mabalacat Office, Morning Shift NOTE: You must be willing to work in the office in the above office location to apply for this position Job Description The Lead Generation & Research Specialist candidate we are looking for is critical to the fuelling, maintenance, and overall success of the sales pipeline. A lead is then progressed through the sales process by the team to convert it into a project specification and finally a sale. With a well-oiled machine, sales can become a numbers game. The more leads we find and feed into the pipeline, the more sales we win. You will be responsible for constantly filling the sales pipeline with qualified leads and researched information for the project sales team to work on, and thereby keeping the sales personnel fully occupied in meaningful selling interactions to advance these leads through to win deals. It requires actively looking for, finding, evaluating, researching and qualifying leads by a given criteria, and then assigning to sales team members for taking next steps. Research potential projects and contacts gained through various avenues (such as construction reports, Cordell / BCI / Estimate One, LinkedIn, Lusha, website sample requests and other investigatory work, phone relevant people to find out or verify information, qualify based on the given qualification criteria, and add into CRM accordingly.

~- Industry - In one of the following industries – Multi-res, Hospitality, Independent / Seniors Living

● Keep the CRM data clean and accurate, ensuring all leads have full information.
● Obtain or verify contact and project information through phone calls.
● Assist the sales team with ad hoc research requests, be a point of contact for the sales team to pass on preliminary information for researching, qualifying & adding into CRM (e.g. from photos of construction site drive-by).
● Reporting on weekly performance and targets. 
● Work with the marketing team to obtain and process leads from various avenues, e.g., website etc. and create more value from the company’s database of customer contacts.
● Participate in regular sales meetings, provide lead generation ideas and undertake training as necessary.
1-2 years of experience with market research / lead generation.
~● Good ability to use various digital platforms & systems, including Pipedrive CRM, Cordell, Estimate One, Urban, Google, LinkedIn and other news and construction related sites.
~● Excellent research and investigatory skills.
~● Good ability in data entry and typing.
~● Passion for researching, investigating and building a pool of leads for a hungry sales team
~- Creative and persistent at finding ways to find & access information
~- At least 50 new qualified leads entered into CRM per week
~- Pipeline sales growth
