Job DescriptionAirswift is working with one of our major clients in the Oil & Gas industry to find an Management of Change Specialist III to join their team in North York, ON. This is a 1-year contract with the possibility of extension. We are looking for specialists to support OCM related to the Contract Market Modernization (CMM) Program. The CMM project is a large scale, complex change initiative impacting many systems and stakeholders across multiple business functions. This role primarily involves planning and implementing the change management activities. Working Conditions:Some travelling (25-30%) is required for this role. Valid G License and responsible driving record is needed. Who You Are:You will have the following education and experience:• Related university degree (Communications, Business Management, Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Psychology or equivalent.• Minimum 6 or more years of directly related (change management or equivalent experience.• Experience working in an Agile project environment or on large scale SAP implementations preferred.• PROSCI Change Management Certification, CCMP Designation or equivalent.• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.• Able to work through ambiguity, analyze, research, organize and independently handle multiple priorities.• Adept at synthesizing large amounts of data into concise and easy-to-digest communications.• Ability to present information to audiences across various levels including senior management.• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with different teams to deliver change activities and materials.• High regard for accuracy and attention to detail. What You Will Do:• Assist in the execution of the overall change management strategy and approach for the Build & Implementation phase of the program.• Lead activities identified in the Change Management Plan and associated deliverables: Stakeholder Assessments and Change Readiness Measurement Approach; Leadership Engagement Approach; Communication Strategy and Approach, Change Network Approach• Work alongside the functional team to gather, validate, deliver and manage logistics around change impacts identification and stakeholder communication for their assigned track• Work with Internal Communications / change management team members to develop change-related communications, as required.• Support any Business Readiness or Training activities as required• Identify and quantify related risks, monitor and manage them throughout the project life cycle.• Create and maintain strong relationships with the PMO, program team and other stakeholders.• Mentor others that are assigned OCM responsibilities including on the use of tools, tactics and sharing change management best practices.
