We are is looking for an** Onsite Residential Property Manager** at a high-rise apartment complex in Toronto.

**Job Duties**:
Oversee a team of staff that includes Rental Administrators, Live-In Superintendents, Assistant Superintendants, Maintenance Technicians, and Cleaners.

Liaise with Management on capital repairs; oversee suite turnovers.

Address tenant issues, fielding inquiries and addressing concerns

Enter Work Orders and liaise with onsite staff and third party vendors to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner

Conduct regular building and property walkthroughs

Develop expert knowledge regarding property rental values and the surrounding neighbourhood

Proficient in Yardi software

Have 5+ years Property Management experience

Are passionate about customer service; enthusiastic with a self-starting approach

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Able to communicate effectively (oral and written)

Friendly with strong interpersonal skills, and team players

Able to use or quickly learn business-related technologies
