the smooth management of their personal and professional affairs.

**Responsibilities of the position**:

- Comprehensive Scheduling: Oversee and manage the President's full schedule, ensuring an

efficient balance between professional commitments, personal appointments, and downtime.
Adapt schedules promptly to accommodate last-minute changes.
- Global Travel Coordination: Arrange all aspects of international and domestic travel across

Europe, Canada, and the US, including but not limited to, booking flights, hotels, and local
transportation. Ensure travel plans are in line with personal preferences and professional
requirements, providing a detailed itinerary for each trip.
- Communication Management: Act as the primary gatekeeper for the President, managing and

prioritizing all incoming and outgoing communications. This includes meticulously screening
- Wardrobe and Personal Care: Coordinate daily attire and ensure that the President's clothes are

packed efficiently for trips. Oversee laundry services, including dry cleaning and pressing, to
maintain a pristine wardrobe.
- Nutritional Management: Organize timely and nutritious meals for the President, catering to

dietary preferences and restrictions. Coordinate with personal chefs or select dining
establishments to ensure meals are prepared and served as per the schedule.
- Leisure and Entertainment Organization: Plan and execute weekend trips and leisure activities,

focusing on relaxation and entertainment. This includes booking venues, shows, or exclusive
events that align with the President's interests.
- Document and Administrative Management: Handle sensitive documents with discretion, prepare

reports, presentations, and correspondence. Ensure efficient filing and organization of both digital
and physical documents.
- Household and Personal Errands: Oversee household management tasks, liaising with other

household staff as necessary. Run personal errands, ensuring the President's personal life is
organized and efficient.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Be prepared to take on varied tasks as they arise, showing flexibility and problemsolving skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Solid experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a corporate or high-profile setting.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Discretion with confidential information.
- Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability to new technologies.
- Valid driver’s license and passport with the ability to travel extensively across Europe, Canada,

and the US.
