Cabin Safety and Training is responsible for the regulatory compliance of cabin operations and the management of Air Transat flight attendant, pilot, flight dispatcher and mechanic training and qualifications. The Administrative Assistant, Training and Cabin Standards provides office administration support for the Director, Cabin Safety and Training and their team. They will be responsible for responding to general questions (using the tools and procedures in place), preparing reports, and assisting with the preparation, planning and organization of the various trainings and manuals. Administrative support for instructors and users of Learning Management System (LMS) and other training tools (Pelesys, ProntoForms, eCrew, etc.)
~ Receive, screen, and redistribute telephone calls, emails, and mail
~ Maintain department supplies and intranet content
~ Documentation control (technical files, manuals, bulletins, etc.)
~ Department invoicing and billing
~ Any other duties related to training and cabin standards.
~ Bilingual (French and English) spoken and written
~ Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
