THE OPPORTUNITY Social Community Manager (Bilingual - English / French) Could this be you? The Community Manager is primarily responsible for connecting the paid, earned and owned social conversation together in a uniformed ecosystem. You'll collaborate with internal teams to capture, create and manage ongoing content. The Social Community Manager is responsible for having an in-depth knowledge of the client's business and its competitors to execute seamless paid social media campaigns in both English and French. - Develop and deliver all social content recommendations and plans under the supervision of a manager: annual strategy, monthly organic plans, paid boosting plans
- Manage overall conversation across platforms on behalf of client business and escalate consumer challenges as appropriate
- Analyze data to develop sound recommendations.
- Analyze user behavior data across all digital and social platforms to identify opportunities
- Curate reports for clients, demonstrating campaign performance.
- Propose innovative ideas to communicate and engage on social media
- Manage overall Ambassador/Influencer program aligned to annual goals and strategies.
- Collaborate and liaise with external agencies and vendors
- Copy,edit and proofread all content before trafficking.
- Maintain high productivity and accuracy while managing, prioritizing and completing multiple assignments in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Develop and deliver presentations and participate in meetings, workshops, and conferences as required.
- Manage the yearly budget for all social asset productions.
- Collaborating with global social teams for consistent brand image internationally (United States, Mexico, China and the UAE.)
- 3+ years' experience managing social media accounts for companies or brands
- Experience managing creating and ;writing content in both official languages (English and French)
- Thorough knowledge of social media platforms (i.e. Facebook, IG, TikTok, X etc.)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics/Facebook Insights
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and web database skills a plus
- French speaking proficiency
- Experience using a planning tool helpful (Sprinklr etc...)
