Description de poste Gestion Privée Nour (GPN) est à la recherche d'un représentant expérimenté de l'expérience client pour l'un de nos conseillers en investissement chez GPN. Le représentant aidera l'équipe dans de nombreux domaines de la gestion de patrimoine, y compris la réponse aux appels entrants, la préparation de nouveaux comptes et de la documentation de service, la gestion de plusieurs systèmes informatiques dans un environnement intensif en papier, la fourniture de service client en personne et par téléphone, la facilitation et la résolution des demandes de service client, la planification des réunions avec les clients, la génération et l'envoi de correspondance, et l'achèvement d'autres tâches administratives assignées.
Gestion de l'agenda, y compris la priorisation de la planification et la gestion des conflits.
~ Tenir des registres précis et détaillés des interactions avec les clients, des demandes de renseignements et des plaintes dans le système CRM de l'entreprise pour assurer une résolution en temps opportun et informer les améliorations de processus.
~ Envoyer des cadeaux réfléchis et personnalisés aux clients pour leurs anniversaires et autres événements spéciaux afin de renforcer nos relations avec les clients et de favoriser la fidélité à la marque.
~ Exécution de correspondance de haute qualité, de documents et de rapports, en accordant une attention particulière aux détails; chercher activement des opportunités pour fournir un service à valeur ajoutée supplémentaire afin de garantir que tous les délais/engagements établis sont respectés.
~ Dans les directives établies, communiquer par courrier électronique et par téléphone à la fois avec le personnel interne et les clients au nom du cadre. Diplôme en administration des affaires, finance, commerce ou services financiers (ou expérience équivalente).
~Compétences organisationnelles avancées, notamment en matière de gestion de l'agenda, de planification et d'organisation des activités.
~ Maîtrise de MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Expérience avec les systèmes CRM.
~ Maîtrise de l'anglais, le français est un atout.
