Our amazing client is a global leader in innovative water features, and is in search of a part-time Human Resources Manager to join their team in a permanent capacity. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of their HR department, supporting various functions essential to our organizational success.

Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing candidates and assisting with interviews.
Conduct exit interviews and analyze trends to support management decisions.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
Identify opportunities for employee advancement and assist in policy development.
Coordinate training initiatives and maintain training records.
Act as a primary point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
Provide proactive solutions to daily challenges and assist in performance discussions.
Support the development and management of the performance appraisal process.
Post Secondary education in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum 3 years of Human Resources Generalist experience, preferably in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
Professional Human Resources Designation preferred (CHRP).
Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws (ESA, OHSA, Human Rights Code), and procedures.
Ability to analyze HR issues and develop effective solutions.
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Agility in managing varying HR projects and deliverables (strategic & tactical).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new systems.
