ML6 has partnered with a boutique home decor brand in their search for a Customer Service Administrator to join their growing team. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, with a personality that can make every customer smile.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Enter orders and address customer concerns.
  • Coordinate shipments with the warehouse.
  • Maintain electronic and physical records, including bookkeeping.
  • Answer telephone, responding to questions and requests.
  • Contact potential customers.
  • Assist with various projects as assigned.

What You'll Need to Be Successful:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Experience in a customer facing role.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Indesign, and social media platforms would be an asset.
