Role DescriptionAs the Program Coordinator, your primary mission is to coordinate all aspects of the training programs. From the initial inquiry to the final delivery and gathering participant feedback, your expertise will ensure our programs run smoothly and effectively. You'll be the backbone of program administration, supporting our mission to foster a learning culture within organizations we work with.
Areas of Responsibility- Customer Service:
Be the first point of contact for inquiries, managing communication efficiently to maintain excellent client and participant experiences.
- General Program Administration:
Manage courses overall, including communication, enrollment, creating course materials and playlists.
- Virtual Programs:
Act as a technical producer, manage session recordings, and ensure seamless participant experiences.
- In-Person Programs:
Coordinate logistics with clients, print materials, and liaise with service providers.
- Learning Management System (Thinkific):
Oversee course creation, participant enrollment, and content management aligned with my brand.
- Third-Party Programs:
Manage specific third-party platforms, monitor licenses, and ensure program success.
- Instructional Design:
Contribute to the development of engaging program materials that align with our educational goals.
- Work experience:
1 year in administration, preferably with a background in adult learning, education, or instructional design.
- Education:
College or university degree.
- Technical Proficiency:
Strong skills in Microsoft Office, general technology, with a willingness to learn new applications (e.g., CRM software, LMS).
- Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and creating program materials.
- Organization and Detail Orientation:
Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and a detail-focused approach are crucial.
- Proactivity and Initiative:
Ability to work autonomously, take initiative, and proactively address potential issues.
- Flexibility and Critical Thinking:
Be adaptable to change, think critically, and offer solutions to improve processes and client experiences.
- Commitment to Learning:
A genuine interest in professional development and learning new skills, reflecting my practice’s values.
