The primary objective of the Business Development, Multi-Unit Residential Building role will be to:
Generate qualified leads for engineering & contractor sales in the MURB market vertical
As required, engage with engineering and contracting sales to support prospecting activities (system selections, budgets, etc.)
Build new customer relationships & maintain / grow existing relationships (following training O’Dell will transition certain existing client accounts to successful candidate)
Consulting Engineer, Sales Rep, Contractor)
Have a very strong technical background with the ability to communicate confidently to all stakeholders in a project.
Must have a valid driver’s license (this role covers the Province of Ontario)
