Reporting to the firm’s Partner, this role is critical for ensuring the smooth functioning of the business with direct accountability for operations, facilities, IT and employee relations. The ideal candidate will be an experienced people manager with exceptional communication skills, complemented by very strong organizational, planning and analytical skills.

Leads and directs end-to-end operational function for the Calgary office to ensure smooth, effective and efficient systems, tools and processes
Leads local recruitment planning and onboarding process
Manages administrative team to ensure high performance, engagement and development
Ensures compliance with industry and legislative standards
Oversees all office facilities, maintenance, security, cleanliness and space allocation
Oversees IT procurement and provides essential local IT support
Vendor management including selection, contract management and budgeting
Client escalation swiftly addresses, resolves or escalates client complaints

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
