About the Role

Boston Pizza is seeking a skilled Front of House Night Manager to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant. This includes training, development, staffing, scheduling, and performance management of the Front of House team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant
  • Train and develop Front of House team members to ensure excellent customer service
  • Manage staffing and scheduling to meet business needs
  • Monitor and improve performance of Front of House team members
