We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Boston Pizza International Inc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the Front of House team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example and work collaboratively with the Front of House team to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Manage and develop the Front of House team, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and other operational expenses
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives and improve overall restaurant performance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and other stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm
