Is this role right for you?

In this role, you will:

  1. Develop and optimize NLU models for intent classification and entity extraction within chatbots and virtual assistants.
  2. Explore and implement Generative AI models for various applications, such as text summarization, dialogue generation, and content creation.
  3. Analyze chatbot conversations and user interactions to identify patterns, trends, and areas for improvement.
  4. Build and evaluate machine learning models to improve chatbot performance and personalize user experiences.
  5. Collaborate with engineers and product managers to integrate Conversational AI solutions into existing systems.
  6. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI/ML and Conversational AI technologies.
Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role?

We’d love to work with you if you have experience with:

  1. Strong foundation in statistics, machine learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
  2. Experience with Conversational AI platforms (e.g., Google Dialogflow CX) and NLU principles.
  3. Familiarity with Generative AI models and tools (e.g., Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, etc).
  4. Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  5. Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  7. Passion for building intelligent systems and solving challenging problems.
