**What You’ll Be Doing**:
Under the management of the Regional Director and Executive Trust Officer, the Trust Administrator will report to the assigned Officer and assist with the administration of all trust accounts.

**How You’ll Succeed**:

- **
- ** Client Engagement** - Develop and maintain professional client relationships. Interact regularly with clients and beneficiaries and their lawyers, accountants, and financial planners to discuss account administration.
- ** Collaboration/Project** - Preliminary research for inquiries received; investigations; and participating in intra and inter-departmental meetings as requested; participation on committees encouraged. Annual Projects including preparing QI Documents for signature of STO/TO/ATO; preparing Annual Review Packages for files; updating CLIPs; ensuring AML documentation in file and on TOPS; and ensuring 104 tax elections are up-to-date.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Self Identify as First Nations, Metis or Inuit
- You are a certified professional with successful complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Level One Trust Program offered by CSI.
- You can demonstrate experience in. You have working and understand the terms of a Trust. You have detailed knowledge of accounting and securities administration sufficient to complete documentation and to communicate effectively with other departments.
