Preparation of PowerPoint presentations. Co-ordinate and perform administrative, invoicing and sales administration related duties with Sales Managers and Sales Management to ensure expeditious and accurate factory orders, inventory management and deliveries. Provide administration support to senior executives. Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Coordinate invoicing documentation with the fleet invoicing team Upload documents to respective systems Reconcile invoicing discrepancies with POs Review Customer invoicing Act as a liaison between collections and customer French Communication with customer accounting for invoice discrepancies After factory organization for work issuing PO’s if required Reconcile POs to invoice Transportation follow-up/prioritization NVIS card management (registration documents if required) Order board management Support Vocational Sales Managers for customer accounts Dealer letters and communication posting Daily reports and inventory reports for sales group and finance CAD to US currency conversions Prepare PowerPoint Presentations Prepare various reports in Excel Miscellaneous projects/assignments as required
