**The Position**

We are currently looking for an experienced go-getter who is interested in joining our team as a Landscape Sales/Client Care Representative Are you looking for an opportunity to take ownership of growing our sales and client base, wowing our current clients, working with a team-oriented and supportive group of people, and are interested in joining a company that helps employees become the best versions of themselves and grows their careers in landscaping? The successful applicant will be responsible for seeking out new leads and converting them into clients for our landscape construction, lawn maintenance, and snow division, and maintaining long term relationships with our current clients. With drive, empathy, and using your expert knowledge of the landscaping industry, you will persuade clients to invest in our services to enhance their outdoor spaces while promoting our company values. This role will be about 75% out in the field and 25% in the office, the successful applicant is expected to be in the field the majority of the time to seek out new leads and meet with clients to build relationships with them.

**Our Expectations**:

- Develop a thorough understanding of our services and the profiles and pain points of our ideal clients
- Collect and qualify new leads using a variety of contact methods
- Schedule sales presentations, meet clients on site, perform site audits for quality assurance, and follow up with clients as needed
- Build long-lasting relationships with clients, help answer their questions about our services, and upsell services to help their properties stand out above the competition
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date sales scorecard to keep senior management aware of sales progress
- Track all sales activity in CRM and keep lead information up-to-date
- Achieve sales and client care KPIs to help drive business
- Communicate with various stakeholders on project statuses
- Contact previous clients who completed projects with us to see if additional work can be done to their property
- Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices

**Job Requirements**:

- Post-secondary education in Horticulture, Business, or equivalent experience
- Valid Driver's License and clean Driver's Abstract
- Previous sales and client care experience in the landscaping industry, preferably a minimum of 3 years of sales experience
- Proactive, takes initiative, and is comfortable with risk and ambiguity
- Excellent communication skills, charismatic, and listens well to the client's needs
- Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities, and with mínimal oversight
- Be able to handle constructive criticism
- Comfortable using technology, previous experience using CRMs preferred
- Detail orientated
- Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of each season
