**Position Purpose**:
To provide administrative support to customer and the sales organization allowing the Sales Manager to concentrate on all sales activities and customer relations. Co-ordinate and perform administrative, invoicing and sales administration related duties with Sales Manager and Sales Management to ensure expeditious and accurate factory orders, inventory management and deliveries.
**Primary Duties**:
- Coordinate invoicing documentation with the fleet invoicing team
- Upload documents to respective systems
- Reconcile invoicing discrepancies with POs
- Review Customer invoicing
- Act as a liaison between collections and customer
- French Communication with customer accounting for invoice discrepancies
- After factory organization for work issuing PO’s if required
- Reconcile POs to invoice
- Transportation follow up/prioritization
- NVIS card management (registration documents if required)
- Order board management
- Duties as assigned by Vocational Sales Manager for customer account
- Dealer letters and communication posting
- Daily reports and inventory reports for sales group and finance
- CAD to US currency conversions
- Miscellaneous projects/assignments as required
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or College Degree Diploma
- 3+ years' of sales experience
- 2+ years' of automotive/transportation industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel 2 - 3 week per week
- Fluent in French is must
Pay: $55,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
